Job Description

1.      Candidate will be responsible to lead the team (Sales & Marketing Division) of Paribazar Building Project.
2.      Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
3.      Responsible for Sales of Flats, Apartment & Commercial Complex (Mini Mall).
4.      Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
5.      Coordinate with marketing team and monitoring them to implement various promotional schemes and activities.
6.      Responsible for new customer acquisition.
7.      To ensure timely collection of payments from Customer.
8.      Negotiation with Customer and finalize the sales deal.
9.      Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
10.  Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
11.  Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

Desired Candidate Profile/Technical Skills/Competencies :

1.      Experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
2.      Successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams.
3.      Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
4.      Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
5.      In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
6.      Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
7.      Excellent leadership, communication, Presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8.      Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Compensation : 18 – 24 Lacs Per Annum
