  • Negotiation and Closing: Facilitating property transactions, negotiating prices, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Market Knowledge: Staying informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and submitting sales reports, tracking performance, and analyzing data to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to facilitate smooth transactions and achieve sales targets.
